Our programs will cater to the following
3-5 years (limited)
If you have a child who is over weight in your opinion then we can help.
We will have the occasional program for Toddlers under the age of 6 and we will keep you posted on
the dates, times and availability of those sessions.
All sessions will be between 40 minutes to 1 hour with the majority being 45 minutes. Usually the
14-18 age group will have the 1 hour sessions with the younger kids having the shorter sessions.
What will your kids be doing? This is a
great question. What makes us different? The number one thing we guarantee is that your children will
have fun. They will also get stronger, increase their
flexibility, improve their balance and co-ordination, increase their cardio-vascular health and they will make new
All of our sessions will be based around fun game play using age appropriate games and instruction.
Movement will dominate the classes and did we mention that kids will have fun? We keep saying this because we know that if kids
are having fun they will want to come back and enjoy movement and play (also know as exercise) for the rest of
their lives. How much would this be worth for you as a Parent?

Session Times and Dates
Distance Training is our latest and most innovative Program. All kids will have a fitness
assessment and then be connected with Youth in Fitness through an online software program. Diet and activities
will be followed and monitored so that the child and parents can reach their Health and Fitness targets.
Future Sessions will be located in Schools in Sooke, Victoria and Langford and will be held
after school or during school depending on the time of year.
Summer Sessions will be held outdoors in local public parks and per request on a 1 on 1
basis or in group settings.
